About this direction
Cities and communities are the foundation of how society is organised. Their energy security is the basis of the state's resilience. We believe that in a modern, decentralised power system, cities must play a key role.
A city consumes energy through dozens of facilities at once: schools, hospitals, the water utility, heating networks, street lighting. Each facility has its own profile, its own contract and its own delivery tariff — and it is in this combination that the main savings lie, invisible from any single bill.
Energy independence matters to cities. It is critical in winter. This project links the city's purchasing power, investor financing and modern wind solutions through a public-private partnership, so that cities gain economic benefit and energy security, and investors can place capital predictably at a normal return.

- Energy should be produced where it is consumed: this means both security and savings on delivery.
- Critical infrastructure must keep working during outages — the technical capability is planned together with the regional grid operator.
- The calculation must withstand scrutiny by a development bank and an auditor — proper preparation is the key to a project that is delivered, not just on paper.
