We analyse the economics of costs in detail and find out what opportunities they open for innovation.
The client receives three key indicators:
- Internal savings — the client's direct savings from implementing the energy project.
- Energy security — the number of hours of autonomous operation during blackouts.
- External sales — the profit of the investor who financed the energy project, from selling the energy.
If the baseline costs are inaccurate, the project payback is fiction too.
