Projects that make sense
We develop the projects that solve real problems in the power system — and will keep solving them for decades.
About this practice
We develop the generation the system will lack tomorrow, not the kind that is easiest to build today. Sited next to industry, next to critically constrained resources or in genuinely unique locations, our projects are not merely “sites” — they are a calculated choice of place, problem and the solution for it.
The second element of the strategy is proximity to the consumer. A direct line and local siting remove a large share of the delivery tariff from the project — the part of the economics no choice of equipment can recover.
This strategy produces assets there is real demand for, with real economics beneath them, and a foundation solid enough to build on.
Who it is for
Landowner and community
There is a plot or a site with potential. We assess the resource, the constraints and grid access — and say plainly whether a project exists there.
Investor and fund
A project prepared for lender review: an hourly model, justified assumptions, documented risks and a complete permitting package.
Industrial consumer
Own generation, or generation connected by a direct line — to lock in the price of energy for years and remove part of the delivery tariff.
Completed and current projects
Wind project portfolio
More than 1,500 MW in total at various stages of development — site selection, resource calculations, grid connection.
Storage project, 15 MW / 60 MWh
A project in Zhytomyr region. Taken to ready-to-build; the financial close and construction are being completed.
Our operating principles
- Development is not land speculation — it is real solutions for real problems.
- A project only makes sense if it is competitive without support: the economics are tested across 8,760 hours, not annual averages, and years ahead, not just today.
- We can act in several roles: as a developer selling project rights, as a managing partner, or as a developer-adviser bringing in an outside investor.
- Risks are documented before they become costs: resource, grid connection, permits, offtake.
